While these agreements are complex, we can provide a flat fee quote for the agreement. Such an agreement details manager responsibilities, capital contributions, profits, salaries, taxability, and most importantly the method for buyouts when a partner wishes to walk away from the business.
- BUSINESS CONTRACTS – If you own a small business you may be faced with many contracts, some standard and some that you may question. We can review these contracts and advise if you need in-depth review or not, for no charge. Upon our review, if we believe there are issues you should consider, then a flat fee for review will be presented to you.
- FILE ANNUAL REPORTS WITH STATE OF NEW JERSEY – After your corporation or LLC is formed, our law firm will file your annual report every year, answer questions from you via phone or email, and act as your registered agent for a nominal annual flat fee.
